What We Offer
Our Services
Expert massage therapy tailored to your unique needs, offered in a calm and welcoming setting in Gatineau, QC.
Therapeutic Massage
A result-driven treatment that draws on a range of manual therapy techniques — including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular work — to address specific musculoskeletal conditions, postural imbalances, and recovery goals. Each session begins with an assessment of your current concerns and is structured around a clear therapeutic objective. Pressure and technique are continuously adapted throughout the session.
Best for
Anyone managing a specific condition such as chronic back pain, neck stiffness, sciatica, tendinitis, or postural dysfunction — as well as those recovering from injury or seeking a clinically-focused approach.
Starting from
$110

Deep Tissue Massage
A targeted, pressure-focused technique that works through superficial muscle layers to reach the underlying connective tissue and fascia. Exceptionally effective for chronic pain, postural issues, and sports recovery. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level and therapeutic goals.
Best for
Athletes, people with chronic pain or tension, those recovering from injury, or anyone who carries stress in specific muscle groups.
Starting from
$120

Relaxation Massage
A slow, intentional treatment designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and bring the whole body into a state of deep, unhurried calm. Lighter in pressure than therapeutic or deep tissue work, with a focus on the quality of presence and the experience of stillness.
Best for
Anyone experiencing burnout, anxiety, insomnia, or simply in need of a genuine pause from the demands of daily life.
Starting from
$110

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, precise, rhythmic strokes to activate the superficial lymphatic vessels and encourage the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. Particularly effective post-surgery, post-injury, or when the body is under immune stress, this gentle technique works with the body's own drainage system rather than against it. Sessions are always calm, meditative in pace, and deeply restorative.
Best for
Those recovering from surgery or injury, people experiencing edema or chronic puffiness, individuals with compromised immune function, or anyone seeking a gentle, deeply restorative treatment.
Starting from
$110

Children's Massage
Gentle, playful, and always age-appropriate — children's sessions use carefully adapted techniques to suit young bodies, from newborns through to teens. Each session is designed to be comfortable, safe, and even enjoyable, supporting healthy development at every stage of growth.
Best for
Babies (as young as a few months old), toddlers, children, and teenagers.
Starting from
$50

Couples Massage
Two people, one shared experience. In a couples massage, both partners receive their own full treatment simultaneously — each session independently adapted to each person's needs, tension patterns, and comfort level. Whether it's a gift, a celebration, or simply a moment of shared care, it's one of the most meaningful ways to experience massage therapy together.
Best for
Couples, close friends, or family members who want to enjoy a massage experience together. Also a thoughtful gift for anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, or any special occasion.
Starting from
$220

About Our Services
- Therapeutic massage targets specific pain, tension, or dysfunction — it is goal-oriented and may include deeper pressure and focused work on problem areas. Relaxation massage uses a flowing, lighter touch over the whole body to reduce stress and promote calm. If you are unsure which you need, describe your main concern during booking and we will choose together.
- Deep tissue work involves more pressure than relaxation massage, but it should never feel unbearable. I communicate with you throughout to stay within your comfort zone. Some clients feel mild soreness for 24–48 hours after — similar to post-workout soreness — which is normal and resolves quickly.
- Lymphatic drainage is particularly beneficial after surgery or injury (once cleared by your doctor), for persistent swelling or water retention, chronic fatigue, and immune support. It uses very light, rhythmic strokes — quite different from deep tissue work. It is contraindicated for active infections, blood clots, or certain heart and kidney conditions.
- Yes — couples massage is available. Two people are treated simultaneously in the same room. It is a popular choice for partners, friends, or family members who want to share the experience.
- Yes. Therapeutic and deep tissue massage are effective tools for managing chronic pain, muscle tension, and post-injury recovery. Regular sessions can reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and restore range of motion. Massage also works well alongside physiotherapy or other treatments — the technique and pressure are always adapted to your specific condition.
